The LOLA HAZE line has one of those designer stories behind it that seems made for television. Laura Mehlinger began making lingerie as gifts for her family and friends as a teenager. While this seems auspicious, as a college student she found herself immersed in the English program at Harvard. While at Harvard, she put on a one woman fashion show and made plans to start her own lingerie line.
LOLA HAZE combines brains and beauty with references to Nabakov's Lolita along with luxury fabrics and designs that work as lingerie and fashion.
